SHAFT’D was started by a driver who spent fourteen years working for one of the world's biggest food delivery companies. After years on the road, he wanted drivers to have better information, a stronger voice and more ways to look out for each other.

Why we're here

Drivers put in the hours, pay for fuel, tyres and maintenance, and keep deliveries moving. Yet it isn't always easy to understand what a shift really pays after running costs.

We’re starting with a straightforward earnings calculator. The bigger ambition is a community where drivers can share experiences, discuss problems, recommend good services and help each other find fairer deals.
